Storm Force 8 and Storm Force 10: We named these moisturizers after the Beaufort Scale that measures wind speed on the ocean. The winds and storms that blow in from the North Pacific are wild and harsh. We wanted to create a skincare regime that protected skin from the harshest elements of nature.

Storm Force 8 is a light, non-greasy moisturizer that works as a great layer of protection under makeup or on its own. It's designed for all skin types from sensitive to oily, and works for everyone.

It's formulated with 100% natural ingredients built on a base of Bladderwrack seaweed extract and Labrador Tea essential oil that we sustainably hand harvest and distill. Labrador Tea is an wiry little shrub that grows in the coastal muskeg bogs. It's high in levels of Ursolic acid which increases collagen and helps to preserve skin's elasticity. It also works as a powerful antioxidant and anti-microbial.

Bladderwrack seaweed calms, soothes, softens, and hydrates skin due to its high iodine content. It's packed full of minerals and antioxidants and helps retain skin moisture, hydration and reduces the appearance of breakouts when combined with Labrador Tea.

The rich mixture of minerals and antioxidants in the seaweed and Labrador Tea penetrate the skin with the help of Rosehip fruit oil which is packed with Vitamin A ( Retinol) - all working together to remove toxins, reduce redness, leaving your skin clean, healthy and hydrated.

We recommend washing your face with our Torrent face wash and then dabbing a little Storm Force 8 moisturizer onto your moist skin using your fingertips in a circular motion. It absorbs quickly and makes a great daytime base to protect your skin!
